Single mingle???

Readers,

Tjere is no way I will remain single forever. You know there is a senior colleague who is still until now, in his 50's remain single. Nauzubillah min zalik.

It is not that I want to condescend towards him but I think, we should not just focus way too much to our work.

To be honest, I would rather slack off in my work (not in a bad way, just that I try my best in my work) than not to focus on my personal life. Biarlah, I had enough of schooltime push situation. When you your reach worklife period, it will never be a fullstop in your work.

You just got to try to do to your bwst capability only. If you can't then you just can't.

Insyallah I will find my own happiness soon but not too far before it turns hazy and grey.

And so life goes on

One month has passed since my last post. There are just too many things that happened within these few weeks after Raya 2019. Well, there is just not enough time for me to truly appreciate the finer things in life unless I manage to get a free weekend.

I just hate it when too many works need to be done simultaneously, I am just not that kind of multi-tasking person. That is just part of my weakness. Enough with work, my personal life and my friends have been great.

Few weddings had occured within this past few months and in fact starting 2016 (24 years), there has just been an array of events relating to marriage and pregnancy etc. I will definitely follow their path soon, Insya-allah.

Lately, I have been considering my health as well. So, I will be assessing my fitness level every week or once for few days, if possible so that I can pass the UKJK (you know if you live in Malaysia) excellently. In the future, in order for me to go to other work service schemes, I need to fulfill those requirements, or else, I would not be deemed as a fit individual.

I hope I can write more, but currently I am sneakily trying to write during last-30 minutes of the work period.

It is another raya celebration for the year of 2019. Surely, this year's celebration was a blast.

It is time to take a me-time

Sometimes, we always ask ourselves how and why life turns out a certain way. It seems that we could never comprehend life because we can only control certain "aspects" of life. These include our partners in life, our grades and our way of life. On the other hand, we will never be able to manage what goes beyond that.

Nonetheless, I always remember that life can be so fragile as life can be both happy and sad at the same time.

I try my best to keep in mind that life is never the same from one day to another day especially when you have completed your study.

There is one thing that always be the same. It is work. Work, work and work. I make sure that work does not dictate me. Otherwise, I will be overwhelmed by work all the time and I do not like that. In order to ensure that the situation does not occur, I only focus my work when I am at office. If I were at home, I would abandon and leave all the job thingy behind as the job will never get finished. Cukup-cukuplah tu.

I want to have a me-time during night time and on holidays. Those times will be put to good use so that I can so what I want ro do other than work. I know that people will say that you should love your job and treat your job as your interest etc., but in life you get so much more than just your personal interest which relates to your career. It should be a journey of self-discovery where you can pursue other pursuits in life so that you will appreciate life even more.

As such, I keep my mantra alive; learn your life to make you live more meaningfully. Inshallah you will feel grateful from day to day.

Challenges in Today's Business Environment (Part 1)

It has been another great month in the year of 2019. So far so good. Everything seems to be on track despite all the hurdles and challenges that has been thrown into. Cuma saya nak cakap sikit berkenaan persaingan perniagaan sekarang.

This is clearly evident when I was at a mall few weeks back with my colleagues where we decided to buy some stuff for our fieldwork. From what I could see and observe, the mall had lots of empty shops and not to mention the one that is about to close real soon, since they had this moving-out sale to its customers.

Sad but true, more people are turning their backs to e-commerce aka Lazada, Shoppee, 11th Street and lots more. People are getting conscious about how and where to spend their money, thus they tend to but stuff online because they are relatively cheaper and more convenient that going to stores to buy the same things. 

This is how "disruptive technology" are shaping our future because it basically makes our lives easier to manage. Sebab itu, kedai yang tak laku akan tutup tapi kedai yang masih ramai pelanggan akan tetap ada pelanggan kerana kedai tersebut masih ada something yang other platforms x offer.

Sebagai contoh, kedai makan korea yang sentiasa ada ramai orang x akan kekurangan pelanggan kerana mereka still ada fan base yang akan tetap datang untuk makan makanan Korea because you cannot easily get it online (as for now). Sebab itulah, faktor permintaan juga memainkan perana yang sangat penting apabila kita ingin membuka sesuatu perniagaan. Jika tidak, memang boleh bangkrap perniagaan tu dan akhirnya tak boleh "sustain".

The only few shops that I think that has the potential to attract customers would be It shops that sell smartphones, Korean/Japanese restaurants that have their massive fanbase and apparels shops that have customers craving to buy their brands (like H&M, Padini and Uniqlo) because they are apparent in our lives no matter where we go, well at least, in Malaysia. Pergilah mana-mana mesti ada kedai macam tu. 

That is clearly the case.

p/s: Even America suffers losses from malls that had to be closed due to under-performing sales and visitors and all of this could be attributed to the influence of Amazon and other e-commerce websites that change the customers' behaviors to buy things online rather than going to the shop.

Early Harvest Conundrum

Hello and just a quick update. I am not sure whether the sponsors still of the Early Harvest Programme or not because I could not find any info online.

As such, I would deem that for 2019, no early harvest are offered.
