Weeks to finals

OKLAH. the finals is getting closer. hopefully, i will perform my best for this final semester exam. I bet everyone as a ASASIAN students must feel that this is one of the most significant events of their lives because their results will determine which universities or courses they are adhered to once they go into their degree programme. memanglah kat malaysia tak sehebat belajar di luar negara, but the competition here is definitely higher than in overseas. whatever it is, good luck to all students in UM, and for those who are preparing to overseas especially Yanti, Hazman and Naim, I hope that all of them will get their respective placing in foreign universities.

Muet is currently over, but the finals are still on.

frankly, this is the first time i uploaded a video from my computer. so it took quite a long time to upload. this is a about a video which shows true friendship among friends and also with family members.

at first, memangla sedih sebab dengar lagu mula2 pun piano solo dia macam dah start nak emo dah. basically, this song is yell by ikimonogakari. a japanese group consisting of three members. i dont really know this group, but i found out after watching the aaj batch video aka their senpai videos. so, aku startlah cari lagu ni. memang jenuh nak cari because i dont learn nihonggo even masa kat sbp dulu pun. sedih2. this song really portrays about memories that had been with us with someone that we cherish. when it comes to an end, we realize that it is merely impossible to go back to the past, but everyone can go the past if they think of the best moments they have with their love ones. maksudnya, kalau nak kenang kembali kisah lama, lagi bermakna benda itu kalau kita betul2 ingat masa kita bersama mereka.
this is definitely true when we go to new places, leaving fellow friends behind, since they choose thier own pathways of life. especially masa kat secondary school, memang dah tinggalkan kawan2 sekolah dulu. but everything has to move on right? no matter what happens, we should not give up, instead feel more motivated and encouraged to do better stuffs in the future.
so, basically this music video memang best gilerla. walaupun aku x faham bahasa jepun in pure details, but i will learn to understand this language more after i finish my asasi, perhaplah. sebab bahasa jepun ni memang best giler kalau nak belajar compared dengan german, french and chinese. so, just strive for final exam of sem 1. make sure that excellence is the gateway to success.

Autumn Leaves @ SERATAS santapan diraja 2010

ULASAN MAC 2010

I believe that if I dont really tell about this, I guess nobody will know about it. Basically, on 2 october 2010, Hari Anugerah Cemerlang Or The Speech Day was held in SERATAS.I found out that it was on Saturday. So, I just made myself further to the north, revisiting my place of studying in that boarding school. After hours of travel, I finally reached in SERATAS compund. The first thing that popped in my mind. BANYAKNYA BENDA DAH BERUBAH!!! It was true that for the past few months, there was a lot of developments that have been happening here. Even the Dewan Besar or Dewan Sri Larut now had the fully-functioned air condenser. They mada the whole hall like Gunung Kinabalu. Maybe it was 10-11 Celsius something.

I managed to meet my friends and my teachers. It was pleasant to see that everyone had thier own pathways after SPM. That was why people always said that SPM was the last thing that you can see all other students together because they have the same target: excellence and flying colours. I managed to meet my BM, Physics, ADD MATH, and CHEM teachers. Soon after, the ceremony have started.Tahun ni, Sultan Azlan Shah tak dapat datang. Jadi RAJA MUDA of Perak instead came to SERATAS for the speech day ceremony. What I could see was that the protocol of royalties were still the same, cuma yang berbezanya, cara nak letakkan tangan atas muka masa nak menyembah tu lainlah sikit. In other aspects, I believed that nothing was different. Tepat jam 10.30 am, Raja Nazrin sampai dan masuk ke dalam dewan yang sejuk betul tu. Lepas tu, nyanyian lagu sekolah. Oh boy, THIS was definitely the moment that I had been waiting for, LAGU SEKOLAHKU. Accompanied by the school's wind orchestra, the school anthem was played very grandly, memang tak macam main pakai kaset yang dah direkodlah. Bukan apa, the thing is kalau wind orkestra main sesuatu lagu, memang feel dan thrill tu ada sebab bunyi dia memang live.

After the principle delivered her speech, it was Raja Nazrin's turn. To me, I had a lot to learn from his speech. He stated that in order to achieve something in the future, we should not leave the past and simply being ignorant about it as the past would actually guide us in the real path. Maksudnya, kalau nak berjaya tu, jangan sampai lupa diri dan asal usul kita sampai satu tahap tu, kita akan terkena sesuatu yang kita tidak jangkakan.

Apart from that, he did state about the cleanliness of Malaysia in comparison with China and the safety of society in Malaysia. In current situation, memang dah banyak sangat kes buang bayi, bunuh dan rompakan and so on. Especially for the current students, memang banyak sangat yang dah simply not following the rules and the regulations of the school. So in the future, we all hope that nothing more serious as the previous one would happen again in the future.

Now, it was time for the penyampaian hadiah. Sampai giliran saya, I did angkat sembah and buat macam orang lain buat.When I was exactly in front of him, he gave me the folder and he questioned me"sekarang belajar kat mana?". Okay, frankly I did not expect he would say something like that. For few seconds I definitely being in silence. Then I said that "UM". After that I forgot about the menjunjung kasih thing. So, I just belah macam tu jer. I found out my friends were also being questioned by him. Lagi tak boleh blah.,my friends reponded "haaa?" to him. Tak kisahlah, yang penting that would be a moment to be cherished for the whole time.

After that, there were santapan diraja at DM. ohh, DM SERATAS memang best. sebab dewan makan ni sungguh besar walaupun dah lama dan agak outdated. It reminded me the moments as a student where all of us would eat together in the DEWAN Makan, eating the planned menus and meals daily. tHERE were live musical performances during the makan thing. best jugaklah. macam penyanyi yang dekat taraf cafe high class. sebab music and singing of autumn leaves memang sedap betul. The Raja Muda then left the school compund after the santapan diraja. I almost forgot to mention about the car that he rode. I beleive that it was a BMW car, but it looked somehow greater and more luxurious compared to other BMW cars out there.

so, the main thing that I want to state here is that, the purpose of going to the school is not just because of the anugerah spm tu, but the value of experience during the ceremony that made me eager to do something in the future to achieve even greater excellence, apart from meeting with the teachers,friends and juniors. Kalau boleh, memang nak datang lagi SERATAS sebab macam sekejap sangat pergi hari tu.

p/s:that day was so memorable and full with excitement.

Ranking trial sbp

OK. Sekarang aku dah terjumpa senarai ranking SBP ni. Yang ni untuk Percubaan SPM 2010 antara semua SBP di malaysia. Mula-mula, rasa macam tak percaya sebab maklumat dalam ni macam tak berapa lengkap. Tapi, lepas tengok dan compare dengan laman web Unit Periksaan SBPI Kuantan, dapatlah jugak dibuktikan akan kesahihan data ni.

Pertama sekali, STF memang hebat. Kalau tak, takkanlah boleh dapat no 1 dalam ranking. Memang dahsyatlah. Tahniah SEKOLAH TUN FATIMAH. 18 orang dapat straight a, something which is good for the trial exam, especially spm. No 2 dan 3 ialah ASIS dan SMSTMFP. DUA-DUA sekolah ni memang hebat. Sebab bila SPM keluar, ranking diorang memang dalam top 10 malaysia. Tapi, saya agak terkilah, tak tahu kat mana ranking SERATAS dalam senarai ni. Nak tanya Pengetua macam malas, Penolong Kanan pulak macam sibuk dengan sekolah jer. Jadi, aku tunggu jelah kalau ada orang-orang yang nak bagitahu nanti.

THIS week is PMR. Ni kira sister kepada SPM lah sebab yang ni pun penting jugak kalau nak pilih atau masuk ke SBP ataupun MRSM. Kalau tak dapat syarat yang ditetapkan, belum tentu boleh terpilih dalam kalangan yang memohon tu. aFTTER this IS spm, something yang semestinya penting kepada semua, especially budak SBP sebab ni akan menentukan ranking sekolah dan masa depan sekolah diorang, dalam erti kata lain maruah batch form 5 dalam setiap SBP tu. Sudah pasti, ramai yang nakkkan sekolah diorang jadi best school in Malaysia. Aku pun nak, kalau tak memang dah boleh sangat kata batch 2009 ni penaik martabat SERATAS. So, harapan tu sekarang akan digalas oleh batch 25 SPM 2010. Hope the best for them. Lagipun batch diorang best PMR in Perak masa tahun 2008. 85 orang stret a.

aBOUT UM, FINAL is getting near. so i will do the best. banyak lagi yang tak tercover ni. hopefully by this week, dah masuk banyaklah jugak dalam hard disk ni. about muet, i believe that experience is the greatest teacher. so based on previous encounters, i will do my best to achieve the excellent results.

Hari Anugerah Cemerlang SERATAS akhirnya berlangsung jugak. Tak sangka setelah berbulan2 menanti, dapat jugak datang ke sekolah kat taiping ni. At first, rasa macam tak percaya sebab banyak benda yang dah berubah. Air cond dalam dewan besar (dewan sri larut) pun dah boleh berfungsi. What I can say is that memang sejuk gila. Lebih sejuk daripada ada kat DKU. Patutnya 11 orang yang datang, tapi cuma 4 jer yang datang, which is ainun, yanti, dan shazlin. tak pelah, yang lain mungkin sibuk dengan final exam, sebab diorang pun membawa imej dan maruah SERATAS jugak walaupun dah keluar dari sekolah tu. sebab tulah, ramai orang yang kagum dan bangga apabila ada senior seratas batch spm 2007, which is saudara farid nazer, berajaya dapatkan tempat kat homerton's college, cambridge university, uk. dia under scholarship khazanah dan buat a level kat kyuem. so basically, memang ramai yang macam tak terkejut pun sebab dia memang hebat, especially in academics and leadership. sebab tu boleh dapat placing kat cambridge for biological sciences.

to others, just do the best for whatever field you are capable of. insya-allah boleh berjaya. walaupun cuma 4 orang jer masa HAC aritu, yang penting aku dapat ambil dorongan dan motivasi daripada senior2 dan jugak junior2, sebab itu yang penting bukannya just datang all the way to taiping nak menerima hadiah daripada Raja Nazrin Shah, Raja Muda Perak. Honestly, it was a great moment, especially masa dia cakap "sekarang belajar kat mana?", which I slowly replied "um" to him during the delivery of awards in that dewan sri larut. kalau ada masa, nak jugak jumpa SULTAN AZLAN SHAH, Sultan Perak kalau dia nak datang ke SERATAS pulak next year for HAC akan datang.
